Wind Energy is energy that uses the force of moving air to drive an electric generator. Wind energy is renewable because the wind will blow as long as the sun warms the earth.
ADVANTAGES: Some wind mills pump water out from under the ground for irrigation and for animals like ranch cattle to drink. No harmful pollution is produced in this process.
DISADVANTAGES: blades can be hazardous to birds flying. They are noisy and might spoil the view of people around them.
